Senior Solicitor
Lisa specialises in all areas of employment law acting for businesses dealing with HR advice, including advising on disciplinary and grievance procedures, reorganisations and restructures, varying contractual terms and drafting contracts of employment and staff handbooks.
Lisa acts for both employers and employees in connection with employment tribunal claims, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract, whistleblowing, equal pay and redundancy. Lisa also works closely with our commercial team providing support on transactions involving TUPE and Director Disputes.
Lisa is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, she has also lectured at UCLAN on the Employment Law in Practice Module which forms part of the Employment Law Masters Degree.
