The Family Law Team is specialist section within our Private Client Department. We recognise that having to turn to the law to resolve family issues creates a time of huge stress. Each member of the team is dedicated to endeavouring to achieve the outcome you seek with the least amount of confrontation.
We offer a free of charge initial assessment (30 minutes) with a partner in our Family Law Team during which an assessment of your case will be made. You will be advised on costs, representation and options available to you. The initial assessment can sometimes be made over the internet or telephone, by appointment.
